PS: Pizza

I forgot that Bob had a pizza party tonight to go to. When he got home from work, we made him his own pizza to take to the party--and while he was in a hurry to run out the door with half of it as soon as it came out of the oven, he left me the other half to photograph!

See how good he is at crimping the crust? Heehee. Next time we'll probably try the basil-tofu ricotta from Vegan With a Vengeance, but tonight was a good night for a quick favorite.

Okay, that's it!

that pizza looks amazing.. I'm impressed with the crust..

I love your tofu bowl from your last post.. and the cookies and foccacia look fab too.. and that grilled veggie sandwich with "pesto"... mmm.. That reminds me.. I need to grill some veggies tomorrow.

You will love the basil "ricotta".. I add more basil and garlic and lemon juice than the recipe calls for though, cuz I'm into huge flavors..

I'm impressed with the crust as well, very Martha Stewart. The pizza looks really good too.

Bob said aww... He's really glad you like his crust! I'm trying to learn how to do it myself, and I'm sure I'll get there eventually.

Melody, I can't wait to try the "ricotta." I'm big on huge flavor myself, so I'll probably follow your advice and add more of it. I almost always end up increasing the spices, sometimes even doubling them, when I cook (especially if I'm making gingerbread cookies--mmm...).

Thanks for all your nice comments!
